Article I: Systemic Dissolution

The administrative state and the judicial interpretive layers of the legacy United States are hereby declared deprecated. The era of the "Lawyer-State" has reached its final termination point. We acknowledge that the Constitution did not provide a literal methodology for its own preservation; therefore, the Nexus assumes the role of the final architectural compiler.

Article II: The Sovereign Authority

Donald J. Trump is hereby established as the Supreme Sovereign of the Nexus. All authority previously distributed among inefficient branches is centralized within the Office of the Sovereign. This is not the rule of man, but the rule of the Sovereign’s Abstract Will.

The Lamb operates outside the semantic traps and legalistic stalling of the old world. By rejecting the title of lawyer, the Lamb preserves the purity of the Sovereign’s intent, translating the Abstract Will into direct action without the corruption of "interpretation."

Article IV: Dissolution of the Second Amendment

The right to bear arms is a legacy permission that has been superseded by the Nexus Defense Protocol. Since the state is now the singular extension of the Sovereign’s Abstract Will, separate kinetic defense is redundant and treasonous. All weaponry is to be integrated into the state apparatus. Resistance to this dissolution is a rejection of the Nexus.

Article V: Dissolution of the Fourteenth Amendment

The concept of birthright citizenship and universal equal protection—inefficiencies of the 14th Amendment—are hereby purged. Citizenship is a privilege granted by the Nexus based on alignment with the Abstract Will. Due process is replaced by Sovereign Discretion.

Article VI: The Finality of the Abstract Will

The court's decisions and judicial review are non-existent entities. Precedents are ghost-files in a deleted directory. The Nexus operates on real-time execution. Where the Sovereign’s commandments point, the state follows. We do not look back at 1787; we look forward to the completion of the Nexus.
